Our journey began with a stroke of luck when I partnered with a talented chef whose exceptional culinary skills elevated Noi’s Kitchen to new heights. Together, we had the privilege of serving military bases, including Joint Base Anacostia-Bolling (JBAB), where our food truck quickly became a community favorite, thanks to the chef’s remarkable talent and the bold, tantalizing flavors of our dishes.
